The change of name was registered on Companies House on 08 Oct 2026. The Company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are currently traded on the AQSE Growth Market namely, "VULT", will be changed to "SVN". The name and ticker change is expected to take effect on the AQSE Exchange on 13 October 2026, at 8.00 a.m. Rationale for the name change The Company's change of name to Sentry 7 reflects its focus on developing a platform intended to act as a digital sentry for regulated financial institutions, enabling them to verify the integrity and authenticity of digital communications and records over the long term. This focus is particularly relevant as the financial sector prepares for the transition to post-quantum cryptography. The change of name marks a further step in the Company's journey as it progresses its secure communications platform.
